The club
US Tafeltennis has been a fixture in Amsterdam’s pingpong scene since 1958. Still very much alive. We’re a diverse club with members at all levels — casual players who come for the gezelligheid, competitive players who take every rally seriously.
What makes us special? The atmosphere. At US it’s not just about winning. It’s about fun, challenge, and connection. Whether you’re just starting or have played for years — you’re welcome.

We don’t call ourselves “Amsterdam’s most stubborn table tennis club” for nothing. We do things our own way. No stiff protocols, plenty of laughs. We celebrate our wins and laugh off our misses.

Our members come from all over. Students, professionals, retirees. Born Amsterdammers and imports. What we share is a love for the game and the club.
Pingpong met karakter
Table tennis is a remarkable sport. Fast, tactical, accessible. You can hold your own within a few weeks, but you’ll keep learning for a lifetime. That mix of low threshold and depth is what makes it so addictive.
At US we celebrate that. We guide beginners and challenge experienced players. We run tournaments where everyone can participate, and train competitive teams to get the best out of themselves.
